Tom Brady and Ray Lewis
As I was struggling the other day I heard something interesting. Tony Robbins said one of his tapes that he was talking to a baseball player. He asked this hitter what energy level from 1-10 did he have to be at to get a hit off of Dwight Gooden. The first thought that came to mind was how high off of coke is Dwight Gooden at the time? Jokes aside he makes a good point. Athletes and nascar drivers have to be at elite focus during their jobs. So it got me thinking about how Ray Lewis gets fired up, Drew Brees gets fired up, and Tom Brady. I can learn about these athlets how to get fired up for my day and mid day. I can also learn that being successful is not an hour long process. It is play after play moment after moment deal. I can just imagine the long hours of film Tom Brady puts in, or the long hours on the free throw line Michael Jordon spent, I know that these players go through boring times but they are able to stay focuses and grow until they lift superbowls and knock up victoria secret models. I probably should mention Tiger Woods worth ethic here. His tireless hours of chasing perkins waitresses also really motivates me to put in more hours perfecting my craft.

Friday
Friday started out weird. I woke up around 4:40 am and I decided to take a shower because I felt good. I took a shower and did some reading and I feel asleep very hard like until 7. The kind of sleep that people dream about...wait... that is really odd thing to say. Anyway I woke up and at work at this point they pretty much just have the boss 2 feet from me making sure I bust my ass all day. Which that is fine. In fact it is more than fine. I need my work ethic raised to something fierce. I have have always had so-so work ethic. I could hold jobs, but I never really tried to take myself to the next level. Well now I got plenty of chances to go through pain and learn and grow. It feels like shit, but when I write these blogs I can see I am getting better at certain things. After work some people went out, I swung by and they were leaving. It was all good. I came home and went for a walk. I also got a NEW SKC scarf. It has the world Glory on the scarf so I am definately going to "Cloak myself in glory"

Thursday
Thursday I woke up and had some time to listen to motivation mp3s. I really was pretty good today. Good energy and good attitude. I didn't feel good at times but I was able to change my state of mind with some excersises. I like to try to think about how intense a football player has to be during a game. On a scale of 1-10 Ray Lewis doesn't go into a game with a 1 or 2 on the intensity scale, he goes in there balls out. So when I feel like crap I can atleast try to think of people with energy and I can stretch out suck it up and get through the day. I met up with Adam after work. We are excited for the Chiefs this weekend. We are going to get to 8-8. You heard it hear first. Byrdman texted me and we stayed positive. Positive things happen to positive people. You visualize yourself doing right you do right. So that is all I got for right now.
Why am I excited today?
Why am I excited today? Maybe because I have all the motivation videos and inspiration mp3's a man could ever want? I love being able to change what my mind is focused on and place them on growing or the things that are good in my life. I love being able to change my focus from the bullshit of life and really shed light on the fact that I am healthy and I am teach-able. If I am teach-able and remain willing to learn, then I can do whatever I want. The possibilites are endless. That makes me excited. I am also excited to see Danica Patrick and her boobies fly around a race-track at a fast pace. I am also excited to see The Chiefs for the rest of the year. I am excited and proud at what Sporting Kansas City has done this year. Kansas basketball and Mizzou basketball will start soon. So there are too many things actually to focus on. Oh I forgot. What makes me excited the most? ExciteBike! vrroooom. So you see that if you are able to focus on things that excite you, things will never be dull.

Giving my thoughts to things that deserve it.
Girls be girls ya know? One girl I like is dating someone...that is obviously better for her (and me). Instead of feeling sorry for myself I respect myself to write a blog about good things in my life. My friend Von German..is getting married. He asked me to be in his wedding, he has shown lots of guts over the last couple of months. I am pretty proud of him. My friend J.J. is working again and he is going through pain to get success. My friend JP is getting better all the time. I just see so much beauty in the things and the gifts the people around me bring. I am pretty maxed out right now as far as what I can do today. I worked like a honey badger, pushed myself after that, then worked out, then met up with JP. I really do have a full and happy life. Lately I have been really focused on working hard, working out hard, and then when I am tired listening to Anthony Robbins or something positive. I wish it was always like this because I get tons of stuff, but for right now I just going to enjoy it.
Tuesday
I played video games yesterday in the first time in a long time. I finally set aside some goof off time where I wasn't working/planning a chiefs party planning a sporting kc adventure. The video games went well and it feeled good to play.

Monday
My Monday was ok. I was busy as hell. I am still growing and I am not a finished product. I did some good things today. Pretty much everyone I know is going to throw a picnic at Shawnee Mission Park in october and it is cool to see everyone pitch in and help set up a good time. I like to help out with the needy and homeless because well...they need help. Bryce loves this show "My Cat from Hell" Actually Kris Von German likes that show as well. It stars Jackson Galaxy and he soothes these cats. The Cats go from being wild as shit to purrrrfect companions to humans. I better go to bed. I am going to throw out some random quotes and cliches that help me get through the day.
At The End of pain is success.
"Some of you are spoiled, you always have had someone bail you out. I dare you to take alittle pain...at the end is success"
"Do it now, do it right"
