Monday

Monday was senior night. There were no chants for Ben Mclamore to come back. He is done and on his way to the pacers. I did some shoulders yesterday. I hurt my ribs bending over into a dumpster so I am not working out too hard.

Sunday

I was feeling good from the fun Saturday so I woke up and drove to St. Joseph. Let me backtrack for a second. At black dog on Saturday I talked to a woman like a person without being a jackass and I was able to get her number. It has been awhile since I did that and it felt good to go back to being nicer. Ok back to Sunday. I drove up to St. Joseph and watched Nascar with my dad. It was a long race and the finish was pretty exciting. Dale Earnhardt Jr. had a nice run and he looks stronger this year than he has in awhile. Danica blew a tire (Goodyear sucks) and Columbia Missouri native Carl Edwards won the race. I watched some English Premier soccer and some USA soccer as well. It was a fun day just hanging with my dad and playing on our phones and shooting the bull. We watched the TV that I got as a gift a couple years ago and he has a nice sound system connected to it so it makes watching Nascar a very fun thing to do. I am thankful to be born in America and to be healthy so I can go some place with electricity to watch some Nascar...it is a thunderous good time. I was able to walk on the treadmill some and work on my Triceps and my chest. I have to stay humble and keep working. I am thankful for America!

Saturday

On Thursday I was a bit nervous looking forward for the weekend. I was nervous for Sporting KC and I was nervous that they were going to suck and that Kris and his ladyfriend were going to come over here and I was just going have a bad time watching the game. That is what sucks with sports is when your team plays crappy it can be hard to still take it in stride. I am a Fan of my sports team. That is short for FANATIC. Anyway I knew in my heart that I can't control sports events and I should enjoy the ride. It was a great day in sports. Penguins won. Cryle Bush won, SKC looked good, KU-MU won. All around great day. Taca Beiler looked great for SKC. Very good finisher. Something Sporting KC has lacked. Zusi played awesome, Sapong was good, Neilson was good, Convey was ok, Meyers-Besler-Collin played like poo poo.

Sporting KC sucked early on, but came through second half. Zusi looked awesome...so did the new striker Beiler. Wow he had some good things going. KU won their game..Royals are undefeated in spring ball. Looking good KC. On a workout note I was able to walk a bit this morning and I was able to do some stair stepping action. It was good. On Friday I went out with K it wasn't very fun and I left early, but today was much better.

productive first part of the day

I was able to get some letters mailed and a check cashed. Trying to get all my stuff done so I will be reading to watch Sporting KC tomorrow without things needing to be done!
