Hard choices and acknowledgement

I would like to point out the fact that working out and eating decently has lead me to have more energy. I don't think I could make the trek back and forth from St. Joseph on Sundays without being in decent shape mentally and physically. Probably helps that I drink mountain dew code red. ALARM IS GOING OFF!!! CODE RED>>>>>TIME FOR NASCAR...Ok anyway today was a pretty good day. I have had several just good solid peaceful days. My 30's are better than my 20's just for the sheer fact I stay out of peoples business and I am too unimportant for people to care what I am doing. This leads to lots of peace. I love Tony Robbins. Mostly because he gets me pumped up. I don't apply most of what he says on his tapes, but I love the fact that he really is excited to talk. That makes me excited. He loves to make lists of questions for yourself to ask. So that way you can really see on paper what makes you happy etc. I think what makes me the most happy is I live in a safe part of town with libraries with anything I want to learn. Tony Robbins is fond of asking yourself "Take this experience..on a scale between 1-10 what is it?..What would make it better?" Lots of this kind of hard thinking can really improve certain situations. I know I don't think I could improve watching nascar with loud ass speakers going. I could improve certain situations with friends though. I guess it really shows how my life is actually pretty enjoyable as there are lots of things I can't think any way to improve. They are already a 9 or 10 on the scale of enjoyment.

Adalberto Mondesi is a player to watch for the Royals. He is a SS he looks awesome...good trade bait or hell move him to 2nd or a good insurance policy on Escabar.

Monday Morning

Monday morning. I didn't sleep well, my rib still hurt and it forces me to try to sleep on my back. I know I know...SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP. I was excited for the good start for Dale Earnhardt JR. he hangs around and gets top 5 finishes he will win a race soon. Sometimes I hate that full feeling I get after eating, but it is better than being hungry...and it is way better than being starving. It is cold out this morning which is annoying, but the good thing is that when better gets better weather I will love it that much more. I got up and prayed and today I am committed to getting .00001 better..which over time adds up. I went to the car show this weekend. I should probably post pictures, but I am not in the mood at this moment.

Sunday

Sunday I watched Nascar with my dad. #88 had a big run in that orange race car!!! Orange you glad I told you that? Eric Hosmer had a big knock for USA. USA USA USA!!! It was a fun day. I have no idea what I am doing when I play portal 2. I am too old to figure out video games I guess.

Sporting KC lost a game yesterday. They lost to Toronto FC. Toronto FC will be at the bottom of the table this year, so it was a bad loss. Hopefully they bounce back next week. Taca Bieler played awesome again. He seems to be the missing piece sporting KC has been missing.
