Today started out better than I thought. I sometimes have crushing anxiety especially when I go back to St. Joseph. I have to make sure I take some clothes, my phones, and any crap that my parents want me to bring back. I had bad anxiety LAST Saturday, so this Saturday wasn't nearly as bad. I thing the thing with my anxiety that helps is just do something ANYTHING and it passes. So I drove back to St Joseph. I listed to a cd that had some songs by Mgmt and interpol. It wasn't too bad. I went to us bank and deposited a check, then I went to wal-mart to use their bathroom and pick up a 4 gig memory stick. I like messing around and trying to download shows when I come back to st joseph. I got to play some pinball fx 2 with my nephew for awhile, then watched parks and recreation. Played guitar for awhile. Ate some hot dogs and cheese and rice. I blogged. It was a pretty good day. 5-6 I plan on just relaxing then watch the royals game and sleep.
