Never Up Never in

Never up Never In.

Packer loves the term "Never up never in" This term comes from Golf.
If you never get it to the hole it can never go in the hole.
Wayne Gretzky said "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take"
This principle has served me well this year Volunteering, helping out,
taking on projects, and asking out girls from Pizza Maker.
I was first exposed in college how hard it is just to show up. Just going
to class seperates some students from passing or failing. It is impossible not to
learn if you just show up to class. Many times I would have my head down trying to sleep off a hangover, the teacher would pass out some sort of paper and I would read it. I would learn something when I was trying my hardest not to learn. Get your body there, and the mind will follow. This lesson goes for adults as well. My senior year of college my final class was Business 501. We were assigned a local business man and worked for him. The idea was to learn from a real world business owner. This man could barely walk, probably because he had ten pounds of stolen Ryan's Buffet Butter in his pocket. He showed up a couple times, then never showed up again. He had three hungry, educated, young people who had paid good money for this class, and he couldn't get there to work with us. At the time I thought it he was an outlier, but now I know that there is much to be gained by simply showing up.
