Building a Joke carrying momentum

Nothing I hate worse than a person who kills the momentum of a joke.
This is especially true with Girls that don't understand how to "riff" on a joke and instead go "Ohhh stop being so hard on yourself" pffft joke killers.

Raphael: Could you imagine if everyone used their workbadge on dating websites?
K: Mine would be aweful...though me at 24 would make me look young.
Raphael: ????

K: sometimes can feed me a line, not this time

Raphael: How many pictures does it take to know if a girl looks good in real life? Do you give her a freebee?
