I guess 50 Cent might tweet his private parts if the Giants lose this weekend. I guess we might have to change it from G-unit to LiL-unit.

Kris and I at PetSmart

On Saturday Kris and I go to the pet store, nothing cheers a man up like helpless dogs in cages. These asians come over and start looking real hard looking at this black and white dog. I yell out "Get those asians away from the DOGGIES, they will EAT THEM!" The asians soon left. I think they knew they were going to get got if they tried anything.

Lebron is too nice

Kris and I watched NBA on Sunday. Lebron barely won and he was joking after the game with the sideline reporter about his stinky clothes and him riding a bike. Where is the killer instinct. Idk if he will ever be a elite all time player unless he gets hateful towards the other team like M.J. Black Mamba or Rik Smits.

Record Bar Sunday

I went out to the Record bar on Sunday to watch a Talking Heads tribute show. It was pretty cool. I really like the Talking Heads. They are Geek Rock at it's finest. It felt good to get out and see Music. I hadn't really been out to see people play drums or guitar since the summer. My Sporting KC beanie smells bad and halfway through the show I texted Cody that Sara needs to wear my hat again. When she puts it on it smells like strawberrys for a couple days. That indeed...is a sporting kansas city victory.

Sunday

Woke up this morning and went for a light jog. Listened to pump up music. Kansas lost yesterday in a tough road environment. They will probably loose 3 or 4 in conference. Mizzou took care of business at Texas Tech. I got to watch some 30 rock, Parks and Recreation, and Walking Dead. Walking dead continues to gross me out, the make up on that show is to the point where you think it is computer generated. Sunday should be a very chill day with some Archer, Walking Dead, and maybe some NBA or College hoops.

Friday

Friday was a challenge. End of the week, but I still want to get out and live life. So I sucked it up and got through the day. I went out to Buzzard Beach to play a WORKING PINBALL MACHINE (F YEAH) and play Bryce in Street Fighter II. The funny thing is Byrdman had just said "I want to play you in Street Fighter II. I was like. Umm They have that game downstairs. The joysticks on the game were alittle warn but I was able to play a couple games. I was more interested in playing the 1994 pinball machine Dr. Dude. I saw a couple of tasty woman that I work with and Bryce and I talked to them. We didn't collect any numbers but this Brother of a girl I work with was cool as hell. That was awesome!

I think .500 is the goal. This franchise has had to climb a mountain just to get to that point. But I didn't think some of these guys would perform as well as they did. Still, some guys will regress this year... possibly even guys who will be good like Hosmer. Beltran hit .247 with 7 HRs his second year. What you're looking for is a 3-4 year window here in a couple years once these guys really reach their potential. That's what I'm excited about... getting Hosmer and Moose and Gordon all going full blast... then you bring in guys like Myers and Starling to take it to the next level.

But... if you can get a couple of these pitchers to truly wake up, like Hochevar or Paulino... then it's game on

Wednesday

In my on going pursuit to get in better shape and eat right I did something that was hard to do. On Sunday I made fried wings from the story and pizza. I still had some left over, but I decided to dump them. So that hurt my pocket book watching 8 dollars worth of food go in the trash, but I am sure some racoon or person from Elwood will soon go through that trash and enjoy that food. I have been able to run distances upto 1.5 miles, but I will be honest, I am slow as dick. I am just shuffling my feet like Elmer Fudd. It is a decent hobby though as it makes me feel good and it isn't boring. I guess I am really bored of just walking around (although I do it sometimes) It was really a present for myself as I escaped Wednesday with 1400 calories. That is about as good as I can do without being miserable. Oklahoma State just beat Missouri which sucks. Missouri was #2 and due to be #1 pretty soon. What a turnaround it has been for Missouri the last 10 years. I remember them not even making the N.I.T. now they climbed upto #2. They got great guards and Ricardo Ratliff and that fat guy due the dirty work. Should be a great big 12 race down the stretch. The Tigers Signed Prince fielder to a 100 billion dollar contract. I hope the dude hurts his back with his giant swing and fat gut. Their infield is going to suuuuuuuuck. Especially if they have alcoholic Miguel Caberra playing 3rd. Miguel Cabrerra has many run ins with booze, but my favorite is when he passed out with a bottle of gin in a drive through in a 100,000 dollar car. Now that is the kind of partying I can relate to. Graham Zuzi scored for the U.S. Team. Glad to see SKC people doing well for the U.S. National team.

Tuesday

Did better with my Calories and running today. I felt pretty good most of the day. Very little stress. I just worked and worked out. My legs are getting stronger the more I jog. I was able to run for about 25 minutes straight (ok not really run but shuffle my feet quickly.) I would venture a guess that overall my life is at the very best right now. I pray a ton, I am mentally ok with 99% of the things out there, and physically I haven't been sick for along time. Life is good. Prince Fielder signed with the Tigers. That fatass doesn't really scare me, although he probably should. Most be nice that the owner has been LOSING money every year, but he is like F it we want to win. Thanks a lot Glass family.

Monday

Woke up today, lifted some weights, went to work, went to some afterwork fun time with friends. I ran farther than I have for awhile. I also ate a ton. You are supposed to cut your calories down day after day, but I always find it easier, but less effective to cut cals a bunch starting out then gradually eating more. I also had a ton of leftover pizza (jacks) and a burrito that I ate. It was delicious way to wrap up a Monday. Plus Big Monday featured KU. Tomorrow is a new day, maybe I can stay low on the calories tomorrow. The Penguins in overtime yesterday, it is too bad Crosby might be done forever with a scrambled brain. Brady, and Eli in the playoffs. I think Eli wins the game because the Giants defense is decent. The Pats defense sucks. KU won tonight, we get ever so closer to Mizzou and KU. I indulged myself into buying some socks at the dollar tree, so those feel good going onto my feet. I also wore my Missouri Western Beanie today with the hoodie. MWSU! I also follow a twitter account for the Griffons/sporting support group in St. Joseph. That is fun and they just retweeted me! I am getting my ass kicked in Fifa 12. I think this is my second time starting a career with SKC and I am about to get fired again. I probably should try to play as an EPL team, but that sounds like alot of work.

Aurther Bryants review

I had the burnt ends and I give them a C. Tomato paste sauce made my mouth think it was going to be Beefaroni out of a can, the Burnt ends were very smokey and very good though. Service was caffetera style which is fine. They didn't yell at me like they do at Gates. Everything else looked and smelled good that I saw people eat. I would like to try the one downtown sometime. I think they Legends uses propane since they have so much meat to cook. To their credit the actual meat was very spicey and smokey. So I give it a C. It was your average BBQ experience for KC.

Sunday

The last day of the weekend and is here and it has been a fun weekend so far. On Friday I went to mi ranchito to eat with Cody V. I had chicken tacos and the chicken was very big and it had cheese on it. I had nothing that was deep fried which is hard to do at a mexican place. Salda chicken and cheese is about as good as a dieter is going to do in a place like that. I didn't do so well the rest of friday though. I had a rueben that was high in Cals. I had a good time, Sara gave me an awkward hug. I talked to my buddy Lucas for awhile. I went out to Buzzard Beach where hipsters and scum mixed it up. I hung out with my friend Stevie and her friends. They were fun and weird. I talked to some Bisexual chicks and they started making out, much to the delight of everyone. It was good to go out. On Saturday I watched great wins by Mizzou and KU. Mizzou looks good. Theo Ratliff is a man inside. Baylor didn't play as athletic as the ususally do. Texas didn't look great, but neither did Kansas. I went to Bethanys Karoke party at this bar called Belkins over in Merriem. It was a nice joint, good space for pool, karaoke, and golden tee. I really liked it I had funny. Kelly W, Ryan Bez, John Mac, Johnny Macs girl friend, Bethany, Breean were all there. I spoke to a smoking hot blonde lady for 15 minutes (engaged) for awhile. She was fun , actually everyone was fun. I sang Ratt's Round and Round for my one and only song. Bethany's can sing well, along with Scotty her boyfriend. There was a nice guitar place around that place called KC STRINGS. looked like a good place to get an AXE.

I talk about working out. How my brain..under it's normal awesomeness, wants me fat, broke, and not making out with chicks.

Wednesday

Wednesday was a fun day. I worked out after work which sucked, but it wasn't as bad as Tuesday. Tuesdays jog really had me frustrated, I just have to remember that to be in a decent wage range about 180-190 takes constant work. For that work I cut down my changes of diabetes and heart attack. Hey and if a chick wants to make out with me because I am better shape that is swell too. Oh my God I am watching Boardwalk Empire and this shit between him and his mom is disturbing. Jimmy is supposed to be 20 I think in this scene and his mom maybe 33. They have something sexual going on and it is creeping me the F out. I saw Cody today.. I haven't seen him lately, we had a nice talk sounds like him and Sarica are doing ok.

Red Tails is a dumbass movie

Bizzar54 brought up the point, that at no time in WWII did people gather around like Drew Brees and fire each other up. During that war they were too busy killing nazis and getting the clap from Polish hookers to do that. I was wanting to know if they took that sports theme of yelling in a circle...and brought in tear away jerseys and warmups. Maybe the Red Tail pilots could rip off their flight suits like Scottie Pippen as they go into the game. Or maybe they could watch "Inside Stuff" with Amaad Rashad and really get pumped up to kick some Axis hands. This isn't the first time that sports and airplanes have been mixed for the sake of entertainment.

Diet

Yesterday I was a bit off the chain as far as my diet. Some chips where flowing as KU was rolling. Today I am back trying to get around 1500 cals. Easy to fill up on baked chicken. I also went for a walk today even though it was cold as ice out. Ugh. Paying the price to drop pounds suck, but it is the only legit no cheating way to do it.

KU-Mizzou-T-Rob

Kansas whipped Baylors ass yesterday on Big Monday. Thomas Robinson dunked on everyone and rebounded like a bastard. Jeff Whitney had a nice game as well, and he usually sucks. The Ferrari Tyshawn Taylor also had a big game. The Ferrari has been hassled by the fans all year because of his turnovers, but the guy can get any shot he want at any time. Mizzou also won against Texas A$M. It was a good day for the Big Twelve. I guess Baylors coach always takes his players off the court before the "Mario's Miricle" introduction at Allen Fieldhouse. I would want to break it off in KU's ass after watching their intro video, but I guess Baylors Coach doesn't want his team distracted or scared. Where is Tomas Robinson going to end up in KU lore? Probably behind Nick Collison, but in front of Greg Ostertag.

This weekend was pretty chill. Friday just hung out and recovered from a long week. Saturday I went over to Bahrs and met his new boxer max. Bahrs eleventeen kids were being good. His brother in law chipper came over as well. We watched football it was great. Sunday Jayson and Kris came over and we watched football. Pizza, wings, chips, dorks. It was all there. I worked out for a big Sunday Night and ended up getting invited out to Westport. Westport was busy as hell on a Sunday Night, but I suppose 21 year olds don't work or go to school on MLK day. It was a good party, but I didn't stay long. The foundry has an upstairs were since I was not partaking in boozing...I could watch the Golden Globes and some NBA basketball. The Spurs and Suns where on. A guy who was also not boozing was up there and we ended up riffing on how Tim Duncan is 100 years old.

Friday

Friday was pretty good. My head wasn't going all crazy like it tends to do. I was able to avoid the many foods at work and stick to my plan. I then had some bread, a Tostada ham roll thing, sun chips, a chicken tender (260 cals) and some Fish. All and all I think I got out of the day in decent shape. I also went for a run/jog which was pretty good. I was reading today about how the Chiefs might draft a RB. It doesn't matter if they draft Joe Frickin Randa himself, nothing is going to win a superbowl for them until they get a real quarterback. The Royals...are not doing anything, Pittsburgh Penguins have been sucking, but they do that from time to time, SKC we just talked about....drafted a guy who likes like Mike D from Jersey shore, and the Chiefs are prepping for their draft. I have no idea how testing is going for Nascar, but I love auto racing so much I am bound to check out some stats on that.

Thursday

Today I woke up and it was snowing. I got into my freezing Jeep earlier than ususal and it was icy. I took my time and only spaced out for a few minutes until I realized I need to pay attention extra today because the roads were shitty. SKC had a strong showing at the super draft and we drafted a forward. I am not sure what he does well, but after they showed this guys pretty face, they showed Robert Griffon the III's face. What a stark contrast. Soccer players are pretty, football players are ugly. I am not one to judge guys looks but Gat Damn!! There was a difference in the way they looked. My calories were up today. I had one fried Chicken Tender 400 cals, sun chips, 210, baked chicken 300, tostidos with salsa 300. Twizzlers (half pack damn that was tough not eating the whole thing!) There was had to be other calories in there. I know I didn't go over 2000 and that is a pretty good day. I do have a test coming up this weekend with some people cooking. I was able to go for a walk today even though it was horrible out. I walked later on in the evening when the wind had died down. No Pain no gain, Pain is weakness leaving the body, sometimes you just got to get your workout in, fuck the pain ya dig? When I am working out my anxiety is lower throughout the day. I never realized how much it does help my anxiety until I don't work out for a couple days and I get stir crazy. It isn't like my day is AWESOMELY HAPPY when I work out. It just doesn't suck as much. Hopefully I can just eat until I am not hungry, not eat until I am stuffed. Kristen texted me today and she gave me a laugh with some of these photos. I will have to post them. Even though we are just friends, damn it is fun to text her during the day. Woah Thierry Henry scored for Arsenal....That is the overated piece of crap that got red carded at Livestrong Sporting Park. I guess the EPL is becoming a retirement home for MLS players now?

The Grind

Well. The last couple days I have been trying to limit my calories. It has been a bitch. It just makes my whole body hurt when I am really trying to smack the food out of my hands. I go to the fridge pick up food then put it back. I had popcorn, 5 chicken wings (baked) some candy. Bag of Chips. Some other snacks here and there I am about at 1200 calories today. It sucked but even after a few days of staying in the 1200-1500 range I have more energy. Turns out when I am hungry I fall asleep less. Everything else has been going pretty good. I am starting to feel more peace and serenity with every passing day. I get up, thank God for the day, try to be of service. Come home, humble myself to be thankful for what I have. I talk to Raymond Sponser every once in awhile and I am happy. I am watching The Wire season 2 right now and it is satisfying to work all day and come home and watch my favorite show. Kris and Jayson seem to be doing ok. Us all three have had some wild times in our life and now we are all adjusting to life without the craziness. The main thing that always makes me unhappy is I want more money, more woman, more property, more fame, but in reality I have plenty. The MLS super draft is tomorrow. So I will probably have some sort of write up on that. I haven't talked to Cody for awhile, so I better text him. Alright until tomorrow!

Tuesday

Tuesday went better than Monday. I have been counting calories and it is really hard. People are fat because being skinny is hard work. I have no motivation other than the fact that counting calories seems to be the right thing to do. If I can stay within 200 pounds or so I am statistically less likely to get cancer heart disease and such, but I guess if I am skinnier you are more likely to get STD's because you will probably bone more people. I guess Romeo Crennel is going to stay on with the Chiefs. I really have no comment, but I like his defense. It is more of a lay back and wait defense, but the chiefs have so much talent they don't have to blitz every time. I am thankful all the sudden that I don't have homework. I have some friends that are taking classes and I am like...noooo way. I am done with that shit hopefully for good.

Monday

Monday was pretty good. I was able to avoid most of that crappy SEC game. I instead watched the first episode of The Wire Season 2. What kind of wild and wacky shit will Jimmy Mcnulty and crew get in this time. I had a dream yesterday that I was a Zombie. Zombies are played out already. Walking Dead and the upcoming Planet Z with Brad Pitt are sure to get on my nerves some more. The MLS Superdraft is on Thursday. All my nerdy friends are going to it, but I think I would rather skip it. I don't care who drafts Boris Jackoff in the 2nd round to be the Timbers midfielder. Kris shaved off his beard which was a surprise I guess all things must come to an end.

Sunday

Got up early. Got some wings. I think Jayson and Kris are coming over today for some sober fun sunday. We shall see. My pizza turned out like shit. It fell apart. I hope Tony Gonzalez plays well today. I don't really care who wins though.

Saturday

Just chilling today. I woke up and went for a walk/run. It has been nice out as of late and for how shitty the weather was last year it has been kick ass this year. I did a load of laundry and now I am wearing my sporting kc hoodie straight from the dryer. The little things that are awesome. K-State is playing Mizzou right now in basketball and Mizzoui is getting exposed. The Tigers big men aren't playing very well. KU will probably win at Allen Fieldhouse, but I think the Tigers will take their home game.

Yeesh

So the New Years has sucked. Nothing really bad has happened. I just haven't had my attitude changed. I always feel alone and get pissed at me not getting my way. Good thing is I realize that it is just my brain trying to screw me into eating or boozing when I don't need to be. There is a girl named Wally and it has bugged me forever that she doesn't like me. I was told to ask her out. I did that she said no, but it provided relief that I haven't had for awhile. I did a good job not drinking, or stress eating over being lonely, tired, bored, etc. It just really sucked balls. Coping with praying and excersize just dulls the pain it def doesn't take it away. So now what? Well now I can start to focus on how I really want to be. I want to give back and of course feel good while I am watching sports. I am going to try to have people over this weekend and I am going to try to reflect on how I treat people throughout my day. People have tough ass lives, I would take my random "girl of the week" turning me down problems, over "family members with cancer" problems.

So today was pretty aweful...

Back to work today which sucked ass. I prayed, I studied, I did everything I could to get ready for work. Non of it worked. Even worse was I was stuck in my head. Bitching and moaning in my head. Why won't this girl make out with me? Why won't this joke be funnier" bla bla bla. The good thing is I can pray and help other people even when I feel like complete SHIT. I bought some cookies from people. I prayed for other people. I texted people. I bitched to Bryce. It is always the same bullshit that gets me in trouble. I am a greedy, Lustful, prideful person, and when I don't get my way it burns me up. So I am humbled once again and I will try to come back tomorrow and try to be of service.

Chiefs Won their final game. I clean up and make wings for Chris and Jason. Jason has been sitting in the Red Recliner, Kris in the love seat, and me in the folding chair (I love tailgating in my own apartment!
