I woke up and went to the gym. I got sick to my stomach while riding the bike. Did some triceps work and called it a day. Came home and played.mass effect cleaned the apt a bit. I washed my sheets went to the pool and right now I am at tanners getting ready for the Royals game. Big games within the division. Contenders or pretenders? I think they are a bad team, but I hope I am wrong. The Royals really need to rip off 6 wins to really feel like they are in the race.
