Tuesday

Tuesday was fine. I went to work. Did good there. Came home and I tried to get one thing done. I tried to get laundry done. I was able to get that done. I was also able to pick up some food. Small tasks seem to take so much effort when I am putting lots of focus on work. So I was able to get food and do laundry. I went to black dog and it was hot out and I was in a bit of a pissy mood. Just tired and hot. I went to the gym and walked a mile and did some lat pull downs and some backwork. Nothing too much just grunting. I then came home and watched Chen/Herrara/Crow/Holland put on a clinic as they shut down the O's.
