Ab work out.
One of the biggest changes in my life happened last year was when I got a pass to a gym. It made me work a bit harder and under better conditions it was easier to push myself. It also was a productive place to go when I was bored. Instead of sitting around eating and being bored I could go people watch, girl watch, or witness some crazy ass people do weird things. Anyway my point is I learned that there are ab workouts that I have noticed helped me have better posture during the day. I always hat ab workouts because I have a gut and it is never fun to sit there and witness your flab flex in and out. The point of this rambling is that I want to Log on the internet that I have developed a new skill of trying new things at the gym. This is going to increase me standing up straight, and standing up straight will help me be awesome.
