Day 10 of low carb. It isn't that hard. I have been used to turning down food and other stuff for years. The hardest thing to do is to make sure you have some turkey or chicken around ahead of the time before you are hungry so I don't pull over and eat chips. Like I said it is early in the game. The changes are that I feel a bit leaner and I feel good that I am able to actually execute a diet. Also I am stronger in the gym because the amount of protein.
