
I have seen some difference in the weight room and around my boob area thanks to not eating mike and ikes and eating more Turkey-Chicken-Pork Skins (CARBS) Seeds Nuts. Basically not eating white rice, noodles, cake, pies. Anyway I thought this was a nice find. Some of the other dinners like this have carbs in it but this has 0 carbs. It is my food of the week.
