Tuesday

Tuesday was a bit stressful. I was able to come home and cook something and let it cool off before I ate it. I did my best not to eat a ton so I could go for a walk and get the stress out. I was able to go for a walk and it was ok. Just doing little stuff each day to do better and to get better. I think the main thing I did well is I ususally just stress eat and make myself sick, but I was able to pause and just take my time eating then take my time going for a 2 mile walk. With this kind of small growth everyday I am confident I can get down to 180 one day. Random note. I am ready Pat Rielly's book and it talks about small growth, but it really talks about team work. It talks heavily how you need to have teamwork for success to really work.
