ups and downs

Life is full of ups and downs. It is a bit refreshing to have people talk about the down parts of life because most people are pretty much nice, but never get down to the bare bones arrrrrg portion of life. People are are dynamic and ever changing. Who you are today is not who you are tomorrow (If you are a growing type of person) I have no idea what I am trying to say right now.I will stop beating around the bush. I hang out with younger guys and it is refreshing when they talk about how a girl can like them one day and hate them the next ignore them the next and then like them again. I have gone through that the last couple years and I have been looking for someone to ask me how I survived the rollercoaster and I have been looking how to become more steady emotionally when girls are acting off the chain.


Royals are kicking ass today I really like the look of Sal Perez. He looks to be the best catcher in the history of baseball. in F1 news Kimi Rikkiton won the first race and Sebastion Vettle the second race. F1 is weird as the teams are worth a billion dollars (Hi Ferrari) so they have orders not to race team mates so they don't crash each other. This weekend the Red Bull car of Sebastion Vettle decided to ignore those orders and pass his team mate Mark Weber for the win. What a jerk. Dale Earnhardt JR is leading the Points in Nascar and Mark Henrich is leading in Indycar.

Besler and Zusi come back from International duty to play for Sporting KC this weekend. I hope they score a goal. I have been watching soccer and for three straight games I haven't seen a goal. The Mexico USA game was very interesting though. Jayhawks play Friday and it is my moms birthday. My mom is a funny, loving, succesful teacher. Good for her being alive and being funny still!

Humbling myself. I try to mindfully humble myself. I have to work like the rest of the humans I know...I have to do my part. With that comes some peace and rewards.
