You have a right to your feelings, but your feelings
aren't always right. I had to bury my xbox 360 over
the weekend, and it wasn't easy. The red ring of death set in
for good for "WhiteDude" This particular one was an old school one I had bought from "SILOCK" off ofChiefsplanet. I remember clearing out my "schedule"
to really play the game "Mass Effect" Clearing out my
schedule at that time ment I didn't get side-tracked by
going to Jerry's Bait shop and doing 10 shots of Wild turkey.
What I was going through today was the grieving process of the death
of my xbox 360. First I had bargining "well maybe I can go somewhere
else and play xbox 360!" Then Anger "WHY DID YOU DIE XBOX 360"
Depression was there and of course I am on my way
to accepting it now. I remember when I buried the dreamcast.
I get older, but saying goodbye to video games systems is never easy.

June 25th
Yesterday I was feeling anxious so I drove back to St. Joseph and did some laundry. I met up Botty and we hung out, we later hung out with Kride. There was a nice looking group of ladies with tattoo's that I would like ask out for an awkward date. Hey ladies, I know you probably aren't going to get hired anywhere but a tattoo parlor with those tattoo's. How would you like to be middle class!
June 25Th. I woke up and got an HDMI cable so I could connect my Laptop to the TV at my parents house and play some music. That worked out nicely. I bought some new socks and under T-shirts. My neck on white t-shirts were starting to look like bacon. My nephew was running around with a pizza cutter. That is a good idea! Everything is going pretty well right now, as long as I keep moving and don't let myself get to anxious.

Quoting this for a factual statement. I also like quick relationships with girlfriends, less painful when they start having sex with Brian Cardinal

Ho-Chaser
I sat down with Byrdman to take in a nice relaxing Royals game, but it turned into a fiasco. It always does this time of year. The heat gets hot and the Royals fall apart. Hochaver is not a #1. This is a fact that has been pounded in our heads. In economic terms he is a sunk cost. Byrdman pointed out the fact that they should just plan on him going 5 innings. My feelings is every pitcher should be expected to go 7 and you don't plan on anyone only going 5, but he does make a point. It's like when I get in my Lancer with 1 gallon of gas and expect to make it to platte city, sometimes it makes it sometimes it doesn't, but everytime I pull that shit. It isn't smart.

Fathers day weekend wrap up (Green hills meat edition)
On Friday I was pretty tired, but I was able to go for a walk friday night in baggy jeans and a Jimi Hendrix T-Shirt. It was hot outside, airwalk shoes are great for everything exept for walking in hot and cold weather. Saturday I woke up and drive to St Joseph. I stopped at Green Hills and saw a couple of my friends younger sisters. One lady was apart of the Nold Family, the other one was apart of the Castor family. It was 8 AM. I asked them what they were upto at 8 am. They looked at me and said in a serious tone of voice "Have you seen the meat price here!" I laughed, but then I started to check out the meat section and noticed people were really pumped up about GREEN HILLS MEAT. I mean, someone had wrote in magic marker "BEST MEAT PRICES IN TOWN" so it had to be true. They did have spare ribs fo like 1.99 per pound and chicken so cheap it made me want to smack Bryce with a rubber hose. My mind did start wondering if I was missing out on a "good deal!" so all weekend I would look confused and my dad would say. "YOUR MISSING OUT ON THE MEAT SALE RAY" Damnit my dad is always right! I ended up buying some chicken and leaving it at my parents
Clever vs. Intellgent
Could you imagine if you spent all your time being intelligent instead of trying to be clever? I just noticed today that maybe I need to stop trying to be clever, and instead just be intellegent. People are always trying to be clever with what they say or not be intellegent.
Another thing I am working on is making my mind quieter. It hasn't been running as fast as it ususally does because I am really making it a point to focus on what I am doing, taking a walk, talking to people, or working, and catching myself when I think about random crap that doesn't matter. Worrying is just thinking to much, or as I like to say "Worrying is praying for something bad to happen"

Lebron and some opinions
So the question I was pondering today, is does Lebron come out hungry next year, or if he is who he is. I was talking to one of my friends at work Dev.. he reminded me that Wade didn't do crap the first couple of series and Lebron really carried them to the finals. That is a good point and unfortunately Lebron quit on the biggest stage. I trust Dev's opinion though because I didn't get to see the first rounds. I eventually Lebron gets a title because they were pretty darn close this year and didn't have an offseason to really tweak what they need. The Mavs were just a team that had a perfect storm this year. They were at their peak and were a bad matchup for the Heat. The Heat will eventually have a playoff finals where they match up well with the other team. The heat are going to be odds on favorites to get back there next year unless the Knicks get Chris Paul or there is a lockout.
Fresno State Bulldogs 2016
I played two games in a new season in NCAA 2k8 This is a new season, I was bounced in the 2nd round of the NIT last season. I thought my record was good enough to get in NCAA TOURNAMENT, but had to settle with the NIT. I would complain to the media on the game, but I don't want to make the NCAA mad at the game (maybe the 2k11 will feature a feature were you can suck up to the NCAA to get into the Tournament!
In the end I was glad I just made the postseason, I was also able to add some attribute to my coach. I added 1 point on my offensive skills. I think this will help the players year to year get better on offensive, but I honestly don't know how it works. My charaisma and teaching were the first two attributes I maxed out because I knew my players had to get better short term and I had to recruit better short term, because the game fires you after 2 bad seasons!
The offseason brought changers. I lost my SG and PG I signed two seven foot dudes Halloway and Slattery Slattery looks like a beast but his hands suck. I haven't gotten the ball to Hallaway much, but a 7 foot dude can still grab rebounds and steal
the ball. The length of 7 footers on this game causes lots of deflections.
I have some no name scrubs running the point and the 2 guard, but I figure
I will get to know their strengths and weaknesses as I play the season.
My first impression of the team was Damn Slattery is a big dude.
He takes up alot of space on my screen (like a black king hippo on Mike Tysons
punch out) Slattery's hands suck, so I have to put my player of the year
in Giddens to be able to score. Wow Giddens is way better this year.
He might be player of the country, fast athletic 7 footer that can get
out and run. the closest thing I can think about him being is a young
Tom chambers (with longer shorts of course) Trammel is still my high flyer
and it presents all kinds of havoc if I bring in three 7 footers and get Trammel
out in running. As it is right now I ususally have Giddens in there to score
When giddens gets tired I bring in Slattery and Halloway and try to
manufacture points. For some reason the computer refuses to have Giddens be in the
"quick pick and roll" play unless slattery is not in the game. I will never figure out how it bases who is in the backside of the quick pick and roll play (It sure as shit isn't hands because slattery has skillet mike sweeney hands) I am looking forward to drinking red bull and playing this season out.

Text Thread
This is the order and the people who were texting me about a situation today.
Original Txt is me
Demonpenz: Uh oh...New girl sitting next to me!
Byrdman: Is she attractive?
Demonpenz: a 2BB...which I am not around those very much anymore.
Kride: You need to mark your territory.
V-Foundation: uh oh....I'm Raining 3's!
SgtMatt: Yeah win this one for me!
KRIDE's Suggestion to mark my territory, is solid, but I get an uneasy feeling we might have a repeat from what happened in 99 on the fury of the nile

How many bones?
My scale for how attractive a girl is is 1-5 bones. The scale originates from chiefsplanet.com where Hamas Jenkins talked about a girl "yeah I would probably throw a bone in the chicks off of Glee, Even the old one"
That brings me to a new phrase I have 1BB 2BB 3BB 4BB 5BB. As in "she was a 1 Bone bitch!" I would say that phrase if she wasn't attractive. Or if a girl was plane I would say she was a 2bb or a 2 bone-bitch.

Brian Cardinal
So there is this big dumb oaf that plays for the Mavs. He happens to have an NBA title now. Brian Cardinal! Now you would think he would have a nickname related to his name, something about a bird or maybe a religious nickname. Well he doesn't! His nickname is the custodian. I guess it is because he cleans up the loose rebounds and balls. The custodian would actually make a good Wrestling name, he could throw sawdust in peoples eyes, then dip Hulk Hogans head into a mop bucket, his finishing move could be the PLUNGER. So to wrap this up, I have no idea why he is nicknamed the custodian, but it is funny to think about him moping up the floor with the Heat.

Lebron has no heart
Jeez Miami just gave up yesterday. It ususally works out so a great player gets his basketball IQ to rise when his physical skills go down, but Lebron seems to be getting slower and dumber. He i only 27. It is really good to watch after the way he left his home city the way he did.
Now to wrap up what I did this weekend. On friday I drove to st joseph and just hung out and ate unmicrowaved food. I watched the Royals play but fell asleep before they won. Saturday I rode with my parents to visit my Grandpa's grave. I ate two grilled sandwhiches from Mcdonalds and I explained to my dad that corgi's can play teatherball well. After that I hung out with Kride and Gilpin or awhile and saw some hot ladies of st joe. Sunday I was warn out most of the day. I ate some chicken and watched Jeff Gordon win at Pocono, saw the Royals stomp ass, and Lebron piss down his badly tatoo'd leg.

Mental Illness
Strange how I always think of mental illness as some guy droolin with a straight jacket on. I am seeing now that there are as many types of mental illness as there are just regular illness. I hear people all the time that are not generally sick in the head say "they are sick" the truth is as I see it that some people just have short term illness of the brain, like having a cold or a hangover. Example : You come back from vacation but your brain won't get the attitude to work. You have a mental hangover, Example 2: Woman breaks up with you and you seem to feel like all is lost even though you have car, food, shelter, etc. I think the main thing is to reconize that your brain is sick and if you move forward and keep doing THE NEXT RIGHT THING, your brain will get well. The wrong thing to do is surround yourself with people who are not healthy in the head and have destructive attitudes. I take my mental health pretty serious, moslty because I feel like crap if I don't take care of it and it effects everything I do. For me taking the attitude of being of service keeps me pretty healthy. I think that men used to be in groups of 100 so we were bread to help the group survive, so my brain feels good when I try to help the group out. When my brain starts to cause me pain it becaue I am in fear or trying to help myself out, but then I get back to helping my fellow man and my brain gives me a feel good feeling.
June 9th 2011
I woke up today and went for a walk. It has been really nice out in the morning as of late. I listened to the album by Rap Group Das Racist "Shut up dude" it is really hard to take different albums because I am not used to giving albums a chance anymore. If my brain doesn't like it I ususally just don't want to give it a chance. The rapper E-40 really proved that people need to stick to albums and give them a couple listens. I really like the E-40 albums now. I really like the titles of E-40 songs like "The ball street Journal" "E-40: My Ghetto Report Card" "Revenue collectin" 2010: Revenue Retrievin': Day Shift 2010: Revenue Retrievin': Night Shift 2011: Revenue Retrievin': Overtime Shift 2011: Revenue Retrievin': Graveyard Shift.
Needless to say this guy collects money.

Yesterday ncaa 2k8
Yesterday night, I wanted to make sure I play ncaa 2k8. My Fresno Bulldogs hadn't see much action lately. It showed, my center played like crap and missed a bunch of layups. Nothing I could really do about that, I worked the ball around, got it to where the center could dunk it, but he kept on missing the layup. That sometimes happens in real life as well, people have an off night. I did win my second game, the game was in the balance but a rim rockin dunk by my high flying power forward "Trammel" got the momentim in my favor. I made sure to contact some freshman, softmores, jr's in high school and ask for their game tapes, I also checked up on my 7'2 recruit and another 7 foot recruit. Hopefully they sign soon. The game is set up that if you are tall you can flat out suck, but you can build the skills easily since they can dunk, block, and rebound easily just because they are tall, not because they are any good. The guy I hate PF DUNCAN is getting better, his passing has increased, but I rarely use that, his rating for passing is in the 70's which is high for a forward, but I don't like bring him out and pass the ball, in fact the one pass he did make yesterday was picked off. That angered me.

I love curls and tricept extensions
I love them both, even though I don't take in enough protein to really build muscle. Doing both of those make my muscles feel good
Fear
I always hate when I am having fun, and someone is being a hater. The other day I was riffing on a joke and a dude stopped me and explained why my joke wasn't funny and it didn't make sense. I understand now he was just trying to help and if I want to riff on jokes I need to do it with Birdman, The elderstatesman, or SgT. I have been working on pausing when mad lately and really working on that and not strike back when I am angry. That is a work in progress. Too many times I get mad then I react out of fear, sometimes I have to remember that I am just a humble server of Jesus. Everytime I am angry it is because of something selfish, like I want to show people how funny and awesome I am, and when they don't react the way I do I get burned up. Thankfully I have a decent plan on handling day to day life! Everything else is going ok, just taking things one day at a time.
I am just glad I didn't make the mistake of wearing a hitler mustache. MICHAEL JORDON LOOKING YOUR WAY!

Yikes
Yesterday was a pretty bad day to watch sports. The Royals got swept by a bad Twins team the Kansas Race was a snoozefest capped by an ending decided on fuel consumption. Nothing is more boring than race cars trying to NOT RACE. The Mavs and Heat put on a show, Dewayne Wade is impressive, Lebron looked lost yesterday, but all he has to do is give the ball to Wade and sometimes Chalmers. I am looking forward to the Baseball draft because that is one thing GMDM seems to do well. GMDM sure as shit can't evaluate Major League talen very well.
I made wings yesterday and I ate a bunch of them. LIVESTRONG.COM has a great website to track calories and how many calories you burn. Needless to say the wings took up way too much of my chart, but I did go out for a morning walk. My buddy Reed stopped and chatted with me for awhile as well. Overall the weekend was nice. I especially liked on Friday I had enough energy to take a shower and almost go out!

Splitt
Here is what I remember about Paul Splittorff. I remember being in my grandpa's camper watching him and Denny Treese announce games. I remember him calling games against the Indians. The games between the Indians and Royals would feature players like Jody Davis, Bo Jackson, Kurt Stillwell, George Brett, Gerold Perry, Kevin Sietzer, Danny Tartibull, and that is all I can remember. Splitt came to our high school and seemed pretty cool. John Mayberry was also there and I wondered how the hell a big ass black guy could play baseball. Splitt was really really annoyed with pitchers when they didn't pitch inside, and really annoyed with umpires that would give out warnings to pitchers for hitting batters. Splitt's last days were mired with people saying how terrible he looked, but he was a guy that never looked like he could do shit in baseball and he still off a piece of whoop ass on the Yankees. I just seemed like a workhorse and that is something average joe's can achieve everywhere.
And I also wear a turtleneck
Birdman, V foundation, and Sam went out and hung out at Suteras, the royals are playing like crap. Nice that look Ho-chaser was #1 draft pick overall ugh. Then Birdman and I went and watched a Billy Squire coverband. We love the Lonely Island Turtleneck sweater song. I am currently listening to Shinedown.

Randoms about Mavs Heat
Going to comment about some of the comments around the web.
this from Tony on Orangemane.com
" Miami took the foot off the gas thinking it was over. Started settling for jumpers. Got tight when things got close and couldn't get it turned back on. This game could doom Miami. Funny how a team can go from being in complete control to being at a disadvantage so quickly. So while Dallas deserves huge credit for not quitting and then for getting it done, this was more about Miami blowing it than Dallas coming back. Miami was in complete control and had the game in the bag and made the error of taking the win for granted and not closing it out. Looked like the early season Miami."
Demonpenz: With Lebron and Wade... they went full retard yesterday, if they run some kind of Offense, I don't care if it is the Colorado stack that I played in at St. James....They win that game. Now The Mavs will be going home with that crowd ROCKING. Miami's fans don't get as rowdyas Mavs fans.

Royals I liked but weren't very good
Emil Brown- A ton of power, but couldn't square the ball up, shot a reporter with a pellet gun, could handle being around Grienke.
Mark Quinn -Refused to walk.
Matt Stairs - Looked like he could work at Wire Rope during the day and drink at holts all at night.

Royals History Moment time!
Apr 6, 2002 - The White Sox roll by the Kansas City Royals‚ winning 14-0. Mark Buehrle allows 5 hits in 6 innings pitched. Paul Konerko has 3 runs and 3 RBIs‚ and Magglio Ordonez has 3 RBIs. Trailing 9-0 in the 8th‚ the Royals bring in Miguel Asencio‚ the youngest pitcher in the majors. Making his ML debut‚ Asencio walks Kenny Lofton on 4 pitches and does the same to the next three batters. He leaves‚ having thrown 16 pitches.

And Now for a person not wearing turtle neck and chain
I guess Soria hasn't been throwing his nasty curveball much anymore. Probably because the laws of science and awesomeness suggest that if you throw a pitch with that much torque, you are rolling the dice from your arm flying off. Anyway he isn't wearing a turtle neck and chain, and I guess per ranyontheroyals.com he is the first pitcher in awhile to give up a save and the loss on consecutive days. Curtis Lescanic gave up the save and loss 3 times in a row. Curtis and Joakim are chainless and without turtlenecks.
Billy Butler Wears a Turtleneck and Chain
“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away"
Whenever I hear this quote, I can imagine Billy Butler trying to go first to third on a base hit to right field, then getting out a yard stick to measure his life while he is out of breath.
I also know for a fact that Billy Butler wears a Turtleneck and thin ass chain. Whenever he is wearing a Blue Royals Jersey it looks like cookie Monster flossing his teeth.
Birdman and I had an in depth talk about the French open on Tuesday.
Demonpenz: Have you been watching the French open?
Birdman: Ahhh I caught alittle of it
Demonpenz: I watched some of it in HD. One guy I didn't know of was being the crap out of another guy I didn't know of
Birdman: Yeah the one guy you don't know is pretty good
Demonpenz: Yeah and the other guy I didn't know didn't play very well.

Bad News for Royals fans
CLICK TO READ THE BAD NEWS!
The bad news keeps on coming for The Royals. John Lamb, a left handed prospect, may need Tommy John surgery. The good thing is that players ususally come back from that very strong.
