Ok first of saying the phrase Neato Burrito Tuxito is pretty funny by itself, the next thing is....burrito Tuxeto is actually a good slang word for vagina.
Like a well dressed vagina ready to go to prom. So the next time I leave a party early to get my Burrito Tuxeto. You know what I mean I am doing VERN!
