Positives about SKC and Royals

Start off with the positives. The crowd at Livestrong was rocking on Friday. Sporting KC has a bunch of shots on goals and barely missed putting one in the back off the net. They look like an upper level team. The Royals are playing well. Salvador Perez (Juan Bencho) looks like a hall of famer right now. He hit an opposite field homerun tonight that was impressive as hell. I am hopeful that Sporting can shake off these tough losses, maybe throw Saad in the mix at forward a bit and get back on track. So SKC lost, but I can only do what I can do. Go to the games and cheer along and enjoy my time. I think the Royals maybe in a stretch where they just mash. Butler, Moose, Hosmer, Perez, Gordon, then you throw Wil Myers possibly in the mix. That is a world series type of offense right there when they are clicking. About my day. This week was hard. I have been eating tons of Sunchips and working hard. I haven't been doing good managing calories. I want to say the Steak sandwhich and reuben I had today was 1800 cals alone. I have been working out, but I just see how miserable it is to keep my calories down low. It really messes with my quality of life, but you know you pay to play. I really have to feel for some of my friends that are female and a couple that are male that truely pay the price and go through pain to maintain a decent weight. The good thing is I have felt really good lately. I just have this feeling that rich or poor I have gone through so much crap in my life already that if I can do any task if I just ask for Gods strength and ask him to guide me, then I just do work. I've really been on this kick just to work as hard as I can, get home and get the apartment clean (this basically means vacuumed and no trash laying around) when I am done at around 8 I feel really good and relaxed. Onto music. I heard Smashing Pumpkins new song and I was pretty impressed. It sounded good and easy. Smashing Pumpkins always was getting more progressive and "Out there" for my tastes. Their newest effort is very ear friendly. I haven't heard the New Offspring album yet, but I may try that out. I really love Bombay Bicycle Club. Their song Shuffle is a good one. I am going to check out Lucero and Reverend Horton Heat this weekend.
