Monday. I mailed my cobra payment in. I cancelled my cobra effective December 31st. I called coventry to see when my new health insurance premium is going to come in. I talked to all sorts of people that I have negative thoughts about. I was able in the moment to imagine what the person on the other line goes through. I just told myself to breathe. I called my work and discussed various situations. They were nice. Whenever I talk to customer service lines I rarely get the problem solved by the first person. So it is always fun to see how the first sentence out of my mouth makes no sense describing the problem. I worked out yesterday. I met with Raymond. His Thanksgiving went well. We talked about addiction to candy crush. I went to black dog for a bit. Went home and played on the internet and went to sleep.
