Monday
I made sure I worked my bench press today. 135 x14 150 x6 185 x2 the spotter over helped me I thought, but I wasn't going to try to get 185 again. Just mine as well take what the lifting Gods have given me. I put the effort to go to the gym and get in the bench and gave it a good run. Can't be obsessed with a new max to the point where hurt myself. I did standing flys and triceps and walked a bit today as well. I ate a salad from hy-vee which was hard boiled eggs with the yoke popped out of them ham chicken cheese broccoli. I need more fiber in the form of broccoli.
