The Royals are playing well. That is nice. I expect Soria to get better, but the starting pitching to get worse. I haven't seen a Royals player play as well with the batt and in the field as Alex Gordon is. He is truely Dominating. It isn't very fun to just hit singles, and I know his heart is in mashing, but hey suck it up butter cup. He can run as well. Just a great game yesterday, I love dominating games, but not at the expense of the team. Hi Dwight Howard.
I got home in yesterday and wasn't as warn out as I ususally am. I was able to eat some fish and lift some weights. When you are trying to be your best you should eat Lean Green and Marine. Lean being lean meat, Green being veggies, Marine being fish.
I was able to practice guitar for a bit and practice drums for a bit. Practice and almost learned roadhouse blues on guitar, and practice my swiss drum rolls. I honestly was looking for Swiss cake rolls on youtube, but came across the swiss roll. which consists of hitting a drum with a right hand flam and then R-L
Right hand flam is when you put your left hand an inch or two off of the drum and you take your right hand and put it about 6 inches above a drum and you hit the drum to gether. Thn you hit the drum with your right hand then left hand. If I can do that for awhile and get my mind off the war in vietnam. I have some peace.
