Yesterday was a terrible day for eating for me. It was a trainwreck. Today I am making a plan to really write down atleast what I eat. I don't have to change anything, but my goal is to write down accurately what I eat and the calories. I don't care if royals calories have 40 grams of sugar. They have 100% amount of fun I need! The point is as of right now just be honest on what I eat. I have a feeling I am going to be surprised one way or the other. My guess is I undereat on Monday Tuesday and obviously overeat on the weekends when I am bored. So...... I hate peanuts and mixed veggies from a can so far today. I can see already it is easier for me to overeat, or undereat(starve) than it is to get the daily amount of calories.
p.s. Royals Cookies are great.
