Tornado warning

There was a tornado warning today in our area, and after seeing the Joplin situation, everyone was on edge. I don't know what to say about the fact that there is a tornado warning outside but everyone I see goes outside to use their cell phones when the tornado warning goes off. I am captain over reaction, but some people take calling their loved ones during a Tornado Warning too far. I supposed I would feel differently if I kids, but thankfully years sitting in a hot tub with tight shorts on have left me sterile.
